Stryper is a Christian metal band. I remember at a show back in the early 90’s they were passing out Bibles.

Every bible is toilet paper. Except historical ones. Artwork, etc., you know.
Apart from one or two of these, they aren’t that bad. Just outdated.
The Manowar cover is legendary.

Metal Skool (or as they are known today Steel Panther) is a satire band, and also shouldn’t be mentioned here.
I love Twisted Sister. This is not a bad cover, it was a concept. They ruled. Watch the docu on Netflix

Really??? Barren Cross? Yeah, not the best album cover maybe, but musically they rocked 100 times better than Stryper ever could. And if you couldn’t appreciate their message, you had to admire them for their riffs at the time.
I have to say that Cugini di Campagna is a ’70s POP band.
How could they miss Smell The Glove – Spinal Tap?
