Funny And Sad Photos From “Humans of Capitalism” Instagram

Capitalism, while it has its merits, can often seem downright absurd. We live in a world where profits are very often put over people, and the people themselves act as robots that are fuelled by greed and vanity. Scroll down, then laugh, then cry!

    • They don’t care about free speech. They think free speech is “don’t hurt my feelings” speech.

@Anonymous: Bill C-11 is aimed at ensuring increasingly popular and profitable social media platforms and streaming services such as Netflix, Crave, Spotify, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and YouTube are subjected to Canadian content requirements and regulations comparable to traditional broadcasters. Nothing to do with “free speech”. Get your facts straight befoer whinging

It does not matter what you done for the company today, what matters is
what you will do tomorrow and the next day.

    • Work. Obey. Don’t think. Consume. Procreate.

    • Lay off the “They Live” slogans, sparky.

    • Its accurate. The elites monsters.

    • no one is preventing you from quitting your job

    • Not true for Americans. Quit and you end up on the street. That’s the system. That’s why they are slaves. Living from paycheck to paycheck like a drowning man gasping for air.
That’s why the American Right hates Europe. Europe has social systems that keep people free. And the Right doesn’t hate nothing more than freedom.

    • Americans are not constitutionally required to give a sh@# about lazy people. It’s dog eat dog and we don’t tolerate leech’s. If you’re not self reliant enough to take care of yourself we don’t want you here. Move to Europe. Land of the parasites.

    • Yeah, sure. “Lazy people.” The indoctrination worked well on you. You have been properly dehumanized.
But we can’t blame you. You are a victim too.

    • You have triggered a lazy one here

    • lol Oh, I’m working. Probably a more qualified job than you.

  3. Yes. Lazy people. Free loaders. We don’t need or want them. We’ll send them North to Empty Socks Land. You pay for em.

Gee. Why do we have to put up walls to keep people from risking their lives to get into our country when so many of them are coming from Socialist utopias?
Common sense should answer that question. That explains why so many lefty lovers on this site will never get it.
Even Brittany Griner says she will not leave the country again, even though she used to refuse to stand for the national anthem.

Fake socialist countries don’t count. And probably because it is easier to wander from South to Northern America on land than swimming through the Atlantic Ocean to Europe.
But you’d need some historical, geographical and geopolitical knowledge to understand that. And you don’t seem qualified to be honest.

      Immigrants ? Socialism?

There’s no need to worry about those anymore, remember?

Trump built a wall, and Mexico paid for it.

Trump repealed and replaced Obamacare on day one, so socialism is no longer an issue either.

People need to understand that this is a Canadian site and they will go to jail or get their bank accounts frozen if they trash Dirty Sock’s so they have to hate on Americans. Same as in Europe. They just put a lady in jail for flipping the bird at Macron in France. We understand your need to trash things and we are not offended. We pity you. Hate away.

Fake story. Like all your stories. An online check demasks you as the usual lier.
It wasn’t a woman but a young man. He posed on a photo with Macron on the island of Saint Martin and held his finger towards the camera because he thought it was cool. A few weeks later he was arrested. Not for the finger but for drugs. He already had a record of several offenses, including robbery. On his visit Macron told him he should reconsider his lifestyle. He didn’t listen.
It’s the middle finger for you, lier.

To the extent that the left wants to point to an example of successful socialism, not just generous welfare states, the Nordic countries are actually a poor case to cite. Regardless of the perception, in reality the Nordic countries practice mostly free market economics paired with high taxes exchanged for generous government entitlement programs.
The Nordic counties were economic successes before they built their welfare states. Those productive economies, generating good incomes for their workers, allowed the governments to raise the tax revenue needed to pay for the social benefits. It was not the government benefits that created wealth, but wealth that allowed the luxury of such generous government programs.
These countries also have no minimum wage law and they allow school choice.

If America is so rich why doesn’t it work in America? Right, because the the nordic states are not ruled by Americans.
Europeans countries implemented socialist aspects into their systems early. Even when many were still monarchies. Because even the monarchs understood that a welfare state offers happier, healthier and more productive citizens. Which is beneficial to the country and the individuum.
Well, except people like the Czars or the American 1%. People in Russia always knew they were peasants. Americans freed their slaves and made them their equals. What they didn’t realize was they were all made slaves owned by an elite of moneyed aristocracy. And they call it freedom.
