“We Want Plates” Facebook Group Shames Restaurants That Serve Food In Dumb Ways

Some restaurant and chefs are very, very strange people… They go out of their way to serve food in the weirdest ways imaginable. That’s why this Facebook group was started to publicly shame them, and recently they’ve even published a book with the best (worst?) examples. Scroll down and shiver in horror!

  1. I guess if you don’t care what touches your food.

  2. Doesn’t anyone recognize art anymore? If it’s vile/disgusting/stomach turning, it’s art, protected by the first amendment and, probably, government subsidized.

  3. isnt this what your woke libtard culture wants? something to talk about instead of the constant toxic poison about gays, feminists, race and state, since your lives are dead-boring?
one should nit shame, but salute smart entrepreneurs that will put cheese on a d**do and sell it to a wokee for a price of exquisite modern dish.

  4. Shame on those who pay for it.

  5. As long they live up to health and sanitary regulations and the food control inspectors says it is all fine, then I don’t see a problem.

  8. Pretty sure the old Trump crowd would prefer to blame this on “those dang hipsters!” (old man yells at cloud…)

  9. WHERE is this happening???
COVID-era prohibitions notwithstanding, I do a lot of eating at restaurants where I live, including plenty of hoity-toity places…and with the comparatively tame exception of ice cream/pudding/cookie crumbles in a plant-pot, I’ve never seen this shit.

  10. “Foodies” go nuts for this kind of stuff. That broccoli on barbed wire probably costs $75 a plate.

  11. Not just stupid, most of it’s nasty. A lot of it wouldn’t pass a health inspection either. Like the paint on the shovel would have to be food grade. The bone can’t be properly sanitized because it’s porous. Galvanizing on the barbed wire is a no go. Etc…

  12. desperate and ridiculous.

  13. Wearing red shoes to eat pizza off a hook is a major faux pas. No frazzledrip for you.

  14. I don’t believe these

  15. All of these are incredibly stupid, but I lost it at the carrot on the telephone. I lost it again at the chocolate on the squashed soda can. Omg! These are hilariously insane!
