Hahaha. That’s what we all said a long time ago.

  2. Francis likes to drive himself in his old Fiat.

  3. Given man wasn’t pope when this car was built.

Religion as understood by a 5 year old…

    • FUBO = Anon May 22, 2014

Five-year olds are smart enough to not know any better.

    • @FUBO = Anon
      Cool saying.

    • I’ve posted here long and often, and used many names, but never Anon.

  5. to be fair this Pope has stopped using this car because he wants to be closer to his people

This picture pretty much sums up the hypocrisy of religion.

    • optionale May 22, 2014

Actually it just shows the anti-religious can be equally stupid – see MoIchiDo’s and DHMCarver’s comments.

Something is not funny when it is wrong:
    An excerpt:
“So far, he has changed the dynamic not only by picking up strangers, but also by eschewing some of the traditional vanity plates of the Popemobile and choosing a five-year-old Ford Focus as his go-to ride. Pope Francis has done away with the modified throne aspect of the car in some models, and even ditched his Mercedes to adopt a second-hand 30-year-old Renault with 190,000 miles on it for personal sojourns within Vatican City.
The new car was in fact a gift to Francis from a 70-year-old priest from northern Italy, Father Renzo Zocca. Zocca previously wrote the pontiff a letter saying he had used the same car for decades and wanted to give it as a symbolic gift after the pope’s comments on humility.
Other times, Pope Francis forgets the Popemobile entirely and just walks or hitches rides with others. Last month, Pope Francis opted to catch the bus with cardinals and bishops to a retreat outside of Rome, rather than take his own ride. He carried his own bags.”

Your God is not real… but my bullets are.

  9. Yea, I am not a religious person in any way at all…but this Pope is awesome. I have sooo much respect for this guy!

    • True Story May 22, 2014

This Pope is the greatest pope ever IMO. He still wants to recruit children into his wacky, stupid cult.

  10. Frank Einstein May 22, 2014

Why do Christians mourn for fellow Christians at funerals? “He’s leaving this miserable life to spend all eternity in Heaven with God and Jesus. What a tragedy!”

    • Hey Einstein, they wish they all went to heaven, but it doesn’t work this way. Not if I can help it.

    • People mourn because of the loss to their own lives caused by the death of the loved one.

    • Frank Einstein May 24, 2014

@FUBO Why do CHRISTIANS mourn? Their lives are complete with our lord and savior Jesus Christ, regardless of who dies or doesn’t die. They should be happy. If I had Jesus in my heart (which I do not), I would be content with it all…
…on that note, why are many Christians fat and/or addicted to booze and/or addicted to tobacco and/or big into masturbation and/or angry and/or whatever other negative traits? You’d think Christians would be content and happy like the Dalai Lama.
