@Oh snap: The key words are “influenced by”. Those resources are not consumed by the woman, but rather purchased or influenced by them. In a reasonably equal relationship, the couple will discuss most if not all medium to large dollar purchases. As women also do the vast majority of sustenance shopping, including food, clothing, and health supplies, that number would be larger than men. This would apply to nearly every culture across the world.
It’s a great time saving self identifying way to indicate that a woman is not qualified to procreate.
