The cat helicopter was conceived by Dutch artist (or so he likes to call himself) Bart Jansen. The first drone he created was Jansen’s own cat that was killed by a car in 2012, so Jansen “decided to pay tribute to his lost life by giving him a new one. An electronic one. Putin a Rainbow site however thinks that rainbows are beautiful and that the world looks much better with more rainbows, not less. The punishment for offenders who distribute, retweet or share these images in Russia is 15 days in prison or a fine of 3,000 rubles.
