Nah of course it depends on which country you're living in but most of them should have a law against excessive slow speed. Costs 20 Euro in Ger for example.

Here in the Netherlands (yaaaay) there is no such thing... except on the freeway, where 120 is the max, you have to drive at least 70 i believe

As a Madisonian who drove across the country this summer and drives 10 over at a minimum, you sir are wrong. WI is a pretty mixed bag with drivers. The majority don't consistently drive over the limit, but you usually find people going 5 over (which is still too slow when the max limit in the state is 65). Pro tip: Cops in this state don't pull you over unless you're doing 15 over or have out of state plates.

The standards of speed limits were put in place for vehicles in the 70's in all their crappy braking and boat like handling glory. If cars were like they are now when they went into affect, the speed limit would be 100 miles an hour.

Trust me, cheeseheads know how to speed. The tend not to do it in WI because their troopers are pricks, but as soon as they cross the border into MN, they seem to forget all laws and courtesies about driving: speed, parking, turn signals, stop lights, . . . .
