Actually, to get _arrested_ you have to commit a criminal act. Since leaving a picture isn't one, you can be removed from the facility by guards, but not arrested.

arresting is not the same thing as getting sentenced in court. actually you can be arrested any time, even if you have not done anything. they just say sorry, we made mistake later.

@booo: Which police state do you live in? They have to have reasonable grounds for arrest!
