For what? Didn't steal anything.
Trollolol (Wednesday, 21 Nov 2012)
IF the tape can be removed without damaging the wall paint, there's nothing he can be charged with. But it's a big if.

implying you can get arrested only for stealing
what are you, 5?
Trollolol (Wednesday, 21 Nov 2012)
Actually, to get _arrested_ you have to commit a criminal act. Since leaving a picture isn't one, you can be removed from the facility by guards, but not arrested.
EasyFairy (Wednesday, 21 Nov 2012)
Just use one of those handy dandy Command hooks that just peels off when you are done.
NerdLord (Wednesday, 21 Nov 2012)
@0 I'm actually going to be 7 next week. :/
booo (Thursday, 22 Nov 2012)
arresting is not the same thing as getting sentenced in court. actually you can be arrested any time, even if you have not done anything. they just say sorry, we made mistake later.
BooFoo (Thursday, 22 Nov 2012)
Actually, this would be considered vandalism. A crime.
Trollolol (Thursday, 22 Nov 2012)
@booo: Which police state do you live in? They have to have reasonable grounds for arrest!
@BooFoo: Vandalism is "destruction of private or public property". If the wall was not damaged, no vandalism has occurred.

@NerdLord: You mean "27 and still living with grandparents in basement"? I want to come over again and finish that Halo 4 mission we started. I hope your grandma isn't home. We're totally going to steal some of her medicine!

@NerdLord: "For what?" For example: littering, vandalism, disturbing the peace and such. I'm sure that a good lawyer can add few more.
First! (Thursday, 22 Nov 2012)
Actually bill posting, the act of putting up signs without permission, is largely considered an act of vandalism in most major cities. US and otherwise. That aside, grow a spine. Banksy did this and that's what makes Banksy Banksy.

Good Thinking 99 (Friday, 23 Nov 2012)
If monkeys in suits aren't big sellers, all the more reason to dump that shit on a museum or art gallery.
