Perhaps because it also has the highest pixel density and thinnest profile of any 7-8in tablet. But keep whining about it. You would've done the same if it were priced just $20 more than a galaxy / nexus7 / kindle / nook / playbook / touchpad / xoom / lattitude / excite / ideapad / iconia / transformer / kyros / thrive /eeepad / thinkpad / note / arnova / etc.
Oh and just for reference, Samsung makes an 11.6inch tablet that retails for a cool $950.

I think it's time to start a law suit againt the "fruited" product for copying the small form-factor from all of the above named manufactures of scaled down brain damaged wannabe computers. I see millions in fees for my law firm.

Apple is already starting a law suit against all other manufacturers, for stealing their form-factor! The other companies stole the blueprints and quickly produced their crappy stuff just before Apples high-quality tablet hit the market!
