Well, since pure hydrogen peroxide (and there's no reason, from the comic, to think it's diluted at all) will be corrosive to your throat and will react with your stomach acid to form a gas that will put pressure on your organs, eventually leading to internal bleeding ... I guess THIS UNIVERSE.
