Not Ukraine? They have slight differences in letters and I may be wrong but I think russian E is written the other way round, whereas what looks like our E is 'YE' and somehow I don't think that's the sound in KAFE & APTEKA. Although there is a sliiiiiiiight chance I am wrong.
