lukus (Monday, 11 Feb 2013) Reply
Apparently, only men need to floss.

I'd say a gigantic lump of green stuff draws more attention than any other physical defect.
Chris (Monday, 11 Feb 2013) Reply
so is colgate saying if i dont floss i will lose an ear?
LardLord (Monday, 11 Feb 2013)
Yes, they are threatening you.
Cynical Sam (Monday, 11 Feb 2013)
No, they're saying you should put food in your teeth to draw attention from that other physical defect you're self-conscious about.
Gravdigr (Monday, 11 Feb 2013) Reply
The only cooler than having painfully obvious jokes explained to you like you are a moron?
Everything.
LardLord (Monday, 11 Feb 2013)
"The only cooler than..."
I think that you're a moron.

Actually, I didn't notice the crap in their teeth until I got to the description at the end, I thought this was going to be one of those posts making fun of terrible photoshops in advertising.

This is a well known advertising strategy. The subconsciously mind registers that something is wrong, but since most of us only glance at these, we're rarely able to "put our finger on it". This makes the image more memorable to the brain, and (supposedly) increases our remembrance of the brand.

the second picture is not effective for there purposes, lets face it all the guys noticed her sweet cleavage long before anything else in the picture. just sayin
Johnny McG (Tuesday, 12 Feb 2013) Reply
i think the real reason is because we look at the pic knowing already it is a dental floss Jobie here so the first thing we look at is the teeth if we were to go into the pic not knowing its dental maybe it wouldnt be such stagering numbers that dont notice the other defects in the pic
Misandry (Tuesday, 12 Feb 2013) Reply

Rhyno (Wednesday, 13 Feb 2013) Reply

don't get it.

So let me get this straight; all men have terrible dental hygiene? Ok, I'm officially offended. Time to ruin it for everyone.
Misandry 101 (Monday, 18 Feb 2013) Reply
So only men can have bad teeth, and all women have pearly whites? Why is society so reluctant to shame women at risk of "hurting feelings" or "being sexist" while they'll happily shame men?
Graham (Tuesday, 19 Feb 2013) Reply
Haha well spotted sepp , this is quite interesting
