That is actually pretty creative. I will do that next time somebody worthy receiving a present has birthday. I would really be happy about such a card. Like when a friend of mine gave me huge box gift for birthday. I opened it and it was full of rumpled old newspaper with only a card saying "Did you really think i would make you a gift, scumbag?" I turned it around and it was a picture of him giving me the finger. I was laughing so hard. It was really all he gave me and that after i gave him a 50 euro photographic infrared filter for birthday :D
